The ground-floor holiday apartment is located in the annex. It is approximately 40 square meters in size. Seniors especially appreciate the peace and quiet and the unspoiled natural surroundings. Many bring their dogs. Enjoy freshly laid organic eggs for breakfast on your terrace, which is shaded by an awning. We don't have an adventure farm or a children's playground, but countless excursion options or relaxing under old fruit trees will enrich your holiday. Our proximity to the cultural capital of Graz is a particular advantage. The apartment has been newly renovated and furnished by a carpenter. Electricity and hot water are generated by solar power. You will find a folder in the apartment with many suggestions for excursions and activities.
