This exclusive flat offers spectacular views from its roof terrace, overlooking the small village of Trois Ponts. Trois Ponts is a typical Ardennes village where you'll find all the amenities you need within walking distance: bakery, butcher's shop, food shop, local swimming pool, restaurant, etc.
You'll also be very close to nature: just 2 km away, you'll find countless hiking trails, as well as the lake and waterfalls of Coo.
The Rooftop, as its name suggests, is on the top floor of a building. Don't worry, you can get there by lift, but the more courageous can take the stairs.
Very spacious and bright, the flat comprises an entrance hall with guest toilet, a large living room with lounge and fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms with storage space and private bathroom. A few more steps and you're at the top ... on the terrace.
The roof terrace is an exclusive feature. Well-directed and offering a very special view, you'll have a great time there. Jacuzzi, lounge, dining table... All you need to make the most of sunny days and balmy evenings.
Access to the 3rd floor, where the flat is located, is possible by lift, but you will have to climb a few steps in the communal corridor before reaching the lift.
Access to the roof terrace is only possible via spiral staircases.
The ceiling in the corridor between the rooms is a little low.
To occupy your days, there are plenty of activities and places to discover in the region.
In Trois Ponts itself, there's a communal swimming pool, a playground and the Ravel for a great outing on bikes or rollerblades.
In Coo, an animal park, an amusement park, sporting activities such as kayaking, mountain biking, ropes courses and incredible nature (waterfalls, lake and forests).
In Stavelot, a historic town, visit the Abbey, the circuit museum or its famous Laetare.
In Spa-francorchamps, the most beautiful F1 circuit in the world.
