Beautiful detached holiday home, at only a few minutes' walk (800 m) from the sandy beach of Juliandorp-aan-Zee, with maginificant views on the sand dunes.
The house measures about 60 square meters of living space, very tastefully decorated, and suitable for families with 4 people (2 bedrooms). The house was recently completely renovated and refurbished. The fenced S/W garden of 500m2, offers a wonderful view of the beautiful Dutch dunes and features a partially covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
The holiday bungalow has a cozy living room with fireplace and luxury seating, dining table and open kitchen (dishwasher, combi microwave, 4-burner stove and built-in refrigerator). The living room offers also an unobstructed view of the dunes and has a stereo and flat screen TV with Uk, Dutch and German channels. There are also two bedrooms with high-quality beds and a wonderful bathroom. The bathroom, with underfloor heating and towel warmer, has a toilet, sink and a large shower (90x110).
There is a private parking space for your car. The garden has a large lawn and a (partially covered) sun terrace with Weber grill, comfortable loungers, a parasol and a dining table with chairs. The garden is completely fenced, so that children can play in the garden carefree. There is also a barn with a washing machine and storage space for your beach items.
The holiday bungalow is located on a small, spacious holiday park 'De Zandloper', directly behind the dunes. The holiday home is only 5 minutes away on foot (500 m) from the beach leading ramp. The footpath through the dune is then about 300m long. In the immediate vicinity of the park you will find relaxation on the beach and many hiking and biking trails, numerous attractions and a subtropical swimming pool (3 km). The long and wide beach and the diverse surroundings will enchant you. There are various beach pavilions and in the summer season the beach is guarded by the coastal lifeguards.

Other information: The rental price includes energy (from April to October), water and internet. From October to April there is a surcharge for energy consumption (based on meter readings). We will charge you an advance for this. After the stay, the costs will be offset against the advance payment based on meter readings. Water and internet are always included in the rent.
