House:
You will occupy the 130 sq m middle floor (private entrance), with two balconies and an additional terrace furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue. The apartment features two bedrooms (one with a box-spring bed and adjustable frame, the other with a standard double bed and adjustable frame), a large living and dining area with a tiled stove (approx. 50 sq m), a bathroom with underfloor heating, a separate WC, and complimentary access to a wellness area with an infrared sauna. There is also a comfortable kitchen with a dining area, a study/reading room with a lounge area, and free Wi-Fi. Three TVs are provided (one in each bedroom and one in the living area, all in HD). Parking is available in front of the house. Guests are welcome to use the large, sunny lawn. Pets are welcome upon request.
