Your two-room maisonette apartment is located on the second and third floors of the harbor master's office (elevator access to the apartment on the second floor). Downstairs, the cozy living room with a sofa invites you to relax after a day full of activities. From there, you can step out onto the balcony with an unobstructed view of the marina and the historic panorama of Waren. The kitchen (newly renovated in 2021) is integrated into the living room. The shower room is also located downstairs. A staircase leads to the spacious bedroom with a double bed (2.00 m x 1.80 m) and a small sitting area on the upper floor. From here, you also have a view of the harbor, and the other side is visible through the second window of the room. A private parking space is available for your car.
