Around the house there is a supermarket, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, hairdresser, bus stop, paediatrician, city park... within 200m.
Graz city centre / pedestrian zone can be reached on foot in 7 minutes, the bus & tram stop is 88m away.
Opera, Kaiser Josef Platz (daily farmers' market), universities are also within walking distance.
If you are travelling with children, we can lend you games, toys, a handcart and some "children's accessories" if required. Please let us know.
Thanks to a personal car park right next to the flat in the locked inner courtyard, you have short distances (luggage, shopping), no problems with the short-term parking zone (max 3h parking time), parking fees and parking tickets.
Check in can be done in person (we are happy to help you arrive) or using a key box. Depending on the agreement (depending on the further occupancy of the flat) check in and check out are also possible outside the specified times, please contact us in good time, if possible we will be happy to fulfil your wishes.
The modernly furnished flat in an old building impresses with its quiet but absolutely central location right next to Graz City Park. The first parts of the building, which used to stand alone, were built around 1780. The flat is located in a former K&K photo studio, which was established around 160 years ago (around 1866).
The kitchen is separated from the spacious living, dining and work area, WC and bathroom are also separate (see plan). The interior rooms together are 52m² in size, the terrace 22m².
Perfect for city trips, short holidays, trade fairs, congresses, graduation ceremonies, visits to the opera, or as a central base for exploring Styria.
Long-term stays are also possible (WIFI courses, masterclasses etc.), please contact us before booking for discounts.
