The holiday home was newly built in 2008 from our own wood in an absolutely quiet location. It is situated at 800 metres above sea level in Waldenstein in the upper Lavanttal valley. The house is 95 m² in size and can be booked by a maximum of 7 people. Fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and oven, central heating.

Winter The family ski area Klippitz with its 4-seater chairlift "Bärenwald", the 2-seater chairlift, 2 T-bar lifts and the children's centre is only 20 minutes away. The generous snowmaking system guarantees safe winter sports fun from the beginning of December until spring.
The Klippi Pippi slope in the bear forest with steep bends, tunnels, wave track and figures is a very special "winter playground" for the little skiers!!! Summer In summer, the starting point for wonderful hikes in the mountain village and on the Kor and Saualpe. A big attraction is the spectacular summer toboggan run and the climbing garden on the Klippitztörl. For excursions there is everything you can do on and around the Carinthian lakes. Excursion destinations: Wolfsberg Castle, St Paul's Abbey, Hochosterwitz Castle, Graz Old Town, Piber Federal Stud Farm, Klagenfurt - Minimundus, Griffen stalactite cave, Klöpeinersee forest adventure world, wooden viewing tower with adventure slide on the Pyramidenkogel, ...
