Cosy country house with a fantastic view of Lake Traunsee and the mountain range behind it (Traunstein massif).

Large garden with private swimming pool (open from approx. end of May to mid-September, unheated).

The house and garden invite you to relax and enjoy the fantastic panorama in the Attersee - Traunsee nature park region. Ideal starting point for hikes, walks and excursions.

The rooms in the holiday home:
* Three bedrooms with double beds (with views of the lake and mountain panorama!).
* Two single rooms.
* Small, modern kitchen: electric cooker with oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, small dishwasher.
* Cosy dining room.
* Spacious living room with large panoramic window with magnificent lake and mountain views, TV with SAT-TV, radio.
* Large, covered panoramic balcony with dining table and chairs.
* Separate toilet with washbasin.
* a bathroom with shower and washbasin.
* In the attic there is a second, smaller bathroom (attic) with bath, washbasin and WC.
(For bookings of less than 5 persons, not all bedrooms or the second bathroom in the attic are available).

Central heating throughout the house.
Internet WLAN / WIFI free of charge for our guests.
Non-smoking house.

Everyone will find their favourite spot in the spacious garden (approx. 2,600m²). There are several seating areas around the house.
In summer the private swimming pool offers cooling and at the same time a marvellous panoramic view.
Large charcoal barbecue in the garden.
Large wooden well with spring water.
Garage for one car available, further parking spaces on the property.
E-car: Charging your electric car at the in-house electrical system (Schuko sockets) is NOT permitted due to fire safety regulations!

The house is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users.
Not suitable for youth groups.
