Our beautiful flat is located in the heart of St. Johann in Tirol with a view of the Wilder Kaiser.
Our flat is located in our private house, on the ground floor you will find a grocery shop and on the 1st floor are offices. On the 2nd floor there are also small offices and the private area and guest area are separated. There is a lift to the 2nd floor.
The 120m² flat has 2 separate bedrooms with a double bed and sleeping facilities for 2 people in the extremely spacious living room. In addition to 2 separate bathrooms, there is also an extra toilet. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen, you will also find a farmhouse parlour for cosy get-togethers. You can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun on our beautiful terrace with a view of the Wilder Kaiser. We reserve the right to prepare only one bathroom and one bedroom for bookings of up to 2 people.
St. Johann ski area - wonderful all year round St. Johann is a perfect starting point for all kinds of excursions (Innsbruck, Salzburg, Munich,... all within easy reach) Golf courses, lakes, mountains, cycle paths - there is something for everyone
As our house is located in the centre of St. Johann, all amenities are within walking distance; whether a good glass of wine or a pizza, a bit of shopping or a hike or ski tour - you will find everything in the immediate vicinity.
