Inside, the house offers four cosy bedrooms and two bathrooms, ensuring comfortable accommodation for a larger group or family. The partial underfloor heating ensures cosy warmth on cooler days. For your convenience, there is a washing machine and tumble dryer for your sole use. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle - ideal for cooking evenings together.
The outdoor area leaves nothing to be desired. Enjoy the privacy of your own garden and pool for exclusive use. The large terrace is the perfect place to enjoy outdoor meals together or quiet moments in nature. For children, the playground with an impressive tree house and for the whole family, the pavilion for barbecues are a real highlight.
