The house stands alone, is fenced and is situated on a side road with little traffic. The Präbichl ski area is approx. 3 km away. We are situated at the entrance to the hiking area "Gesäuse".

The approx. 200 m² accommodation is very cosily furnished and has a wonderful, comfortable atmosphere that invites you to enjoy yourself. When renovating the house, the landlord took great care to ensure that the charm of the old house was not lost and thus combined the old, rustic ambience with new, modern accents. On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee machine and milk frother) with dining area and access to the terrace. The living room with satellite flat-screen TV, DVD player and record player has a pull-out sofa set. Some board games can be found in the rustic wall panelling with the landlord's trophies. A separate toilet, a room with washing machine and tumble dryer and a bathroom with bath, shower and washbasin with hairdryer are located on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and shower. Bedroom I "Morgenröte" with double bed (180 cm), bedroom II "Wildererkammerl" with double bed (160 cm) and pull-out sofa, bedroom III "Single-Sing-Sing" with single bed and pull-out sofa. A steep wooden staircase leads from bedroom "Morgenröte" to bedroom IV "Himmelstürmer" with a solid wood double bed. On the ground floor, in an elongated low building, is the "playroom" with billiards, table football and dartboard as well as the shoe dryer and cloakroom. Adjacent to the "playroom" is the "wellness" area with toilet, a bathroom with shower and washbasin, a kitchen and the combined area with double bed and sauna. The conservatory with coffee table and view of the pool is located in front of this area. The entire house can be heated with central heating. WLAN reception is available in all rooms and on the terrace.

The garden with the pool is very large. The pool is just for you. There is garden furniture and a barbecue on the terrace. There is plenty of parking space and 3 garages. The property is fenced in and is actually secluded.

The pool is not secured. The slide into the pool may only be used at your own risk. Parents are liable for their children. The climbing frame has swings and ladders. Use is only possible at your own risk. The stairs in the house are very steep. The windows have no fall protection. The sauna is located in bedroom 5. The person making the booking is personally liable for any damage to the building and equipment.

There is a restaurant, a supermarket and a coffee house in the village. Other restaurants are in the neighbourhood. A well-behaved dog is welcome to come along.
