Country house 4 adults and children with Jacuzzi & Garden The village of Cour is strategically located. It links 2 ideal areas for a stay in the Ardennes. On the Coo side, Stavelot, La Gleize, Stoumont, Trois-Ponts, which are full of all kinds of activities and large forests for walking, and on the Spa side, the spa town, casino, Spa-Francorchamps circuit, shops and bars. A 15-minute drive will give you access to all amenities. The village is quiet and the house is located along a side lane. The garden is very well orientated, with views over the countryside.
At the rear of the house, the garden has a terrace with dining table and charcoal BBQ, a covered jacuzzi heated all year round (switched off between 10pm and 6am), a petanque court and a wooden swing for children. At the front, in the communal courtyard, you will have 2 private parking spaces in front of the house. Semi-detached house with three dwellings (1 gîte and 2 flats) and direct neighbours.
Ground floor: Hall and private entrance, laundry room, guest toilet, first living room with pellet stove, superbly equipped open-plan kitchen overlooking the garden, dining room, second living room with screen and access to terrace.
1st floor: teenager/children's bedroom (140cm bed) with en-suite bathroom, 3-room family suite (master bedroom with 180cm bed, en-suite bathroom and children's bedroom with 90/200 bunk bed and 60/120 cot).
2nd floor: teenager's bedroom (2 beds 90/200) and en-suite bathroom (sink very small and not easy to access), master bedroom (bed 180cm), lounge and TV, en-suite bathroom.
The country setting will give you a comfortable, peaceful stay, away from the hustle and bustle of the city but not too far from it.
The house has been designed to make family life easy and enjoyable. The children's bedrooms are attached to the parents' bedrooms, while maintaining everyone's privacy. A well-oriented garden with games for all ages: pétanque, covered jacuzzi, swings. Keep an eye on the children from the kitchen when they are playing outside. The kitchen itself is equipped with cool appliances to keep you busy on dull days (mini pancake maker, waffle iron, mini table grill, etc.). The 2 lounges allow you to separate reading from board games, etc.
