Located by the sea, just 35 km north of Oulu, this beautifully renovated cabin offers all modern comforts. The original log cabin was built in 1988, expanded in 2003, and fully renovated in 2026. The cabin is situated only 30 meters from the water and 250 meters from a sandy dune, which is shared with another cabin in the vicinity.
The cabin's ground floor of 62 m² and the loft room of 20 m² provide comfortable accommodations for a holiday. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall with a fireplace, a spacious living room, and a combined kitchen/living room with access to a large terrace for grilling and dining. There are two bedrooms; one with beds measuring 90 cm and 80 cm (arranged as a double bed), and the other with a 90 cm wide bed. The bathroom includes a toilet and an electric sauna. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 140 cm wide double bed and a 90 cm wide bed. The upstairs area leads to a balcony with a sea view.
The yard features a shared covered grill shelter with a dining area, as well as a mini-golf course, tennis court, and basketball court, shared with the neighboring cabin.
Pets are not allowed in this property.
