Welcome to our 7-hectare traditional farmhouse in the Périgord Pourpre region. The buildings face south onto an open courtyard planted with trees and flowers: to the right is the barn, beautifully restored as a guest house with a large, sheltered terrace and balcony overlooking a magnificent panorama of the countryside; the owners' permanent home is next door. You are the only tenant on the property.

The barn, a comfortable 200 m2 house, is ideal for holidays with family or friends. It has four bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers and private WCs. Two bedrooms can be converted into 1 or 2 beds to accommodate a couple, children or friends. The 3 bedrooms upstairs are air-conditioned. The ground floor bedroom and bathroom have been adapted for the elderly or disabled. The ground floor is on one level, with no thresholds and wide doors between the rooms to make it easier for a wheelchair to get through.
