Your next gite is located on the outskirts of a small village, Courtils, in an authentic, rural house with exposed stonework and beams.There is a private car park in front of the gate and an enclosed garden with trees behind it, offering a relaxing view over the countryside and the nearby Mont Saint Michel.You will have full use of the house with no other tenants or owners.There are many tourist attractions within a 50 km radius.Avranches with its garden of plants and its scriptorial, case of the manuscripts of the Mt St Michel.Villedieu, the city of copper from where come the new bells of Notre dame de Paris.Jullouville-Granville with its beaches of fine sand, an aquarium, a casino, and the villa of C. The Pointe du Grouin and its breathtaking panorama.St Malo, the corsair town and its ramparts.Dinard and its sumptuous villas. Cherrueix, the capital of sand yachting.the beautiful medieval castle of Fougères.the beautiful medieval towns of Dol de Bretagne, Combourg and Dinan.

The house was tastefully renovated in 2010 and offers 90m² of space for six people. The ground floor comprises a large living room with stone walls and exposed beams, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and direct access to the south-facing terrace through a glass door. There is also a WC and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. There is a wealth of information in the house about the many tourist attractions in the area. Stairs lead up to the first floor with three bedrooms. All have a double bed (140 x 190cm). One of the bedrooms overlooks the garden and even Mont Saint Michel. There is also a WC on this floor. Children will enjoy the 25m² games room, with table football and pool table, as well as many toys. A cot can be provided free of charge. Wireless internet access is available in all rooms and each room has a convection heater.

The terrace, garden and a parking space are reserved for you. The site is fully fenced. The 500m² wooden garden terrace is furnished with tables, chairs, deckchairs and a grill. The garden offers magnificent views of the countryside and Mont Saint Michel.

The nearest grocery shop and several restaurants are just 2 to 3 kilometres away. There is also a shop selling regional produce and a pizzeria in the town centre. The house is ideally located for exploring Brittany and Normandy. Mont Saint Michel is just seven kilometres away. Whether you simply want to relax, enjoy cultural or culinary experiences, or go in for sport, it's all possible within a 50-kilometre radius. Mont Saint Michel with the impressive abbey, Avranches with its Scriptorial (museum in the converted castle), the copper town of Villedieu, Jullouville with the beautiful long sandy beach, Granville with the casino, the Dior museum, the golf club and the beach promenade, the town of Saint Malo, Cancale and its seafood tasting, Dinard with its magnificent villas, and Dinan with its medieval houses. Don't miss the opportunity to cross the bay on foot with a qualified guide or to fly over Mont Saint Michel in a light aircraft or hot-air balloon. In addition to all these options, there are parks, exhibitions, concerts, walks... Enough to fill your holidays with beautiful memories.
