Welcome to our charming air-conditioned Tropical Duplex in Frontignan-Plage, perfectly nestled between the wonderful towns of Sète and Montpellier! On the first floor of a secure residence with swimming pool and a stone's throw from the beach, this residence has been completely renovated to reflect our passion for comfort and relaxation in a tropical setting. Designed to share our little corner of paradise with you, we invite you to come and discover this unique place where sea and nature meet.

The Tropical Duplex is a comfortably appointed living space with attention to detail to ensure an unforgettable stay. On the ground floor, you'll find an air-conditioned living room opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen, with a sofa bed for two (with a quality Simmons 140x200 mattress) and two bunk beds (90x190 with 15 cm thick mattresses), ensuring optimal rest. The large south-facing covered terrace offers partial sea views, creating a peaceful atmosphere in which to relax and enjoy the mild Mediterranean climate. Upstairs, the large air-conditioned master bedroom welcomes visitors with a splendid view of the Étang d'Ingril and its pink flamingos, next to a bathroom with shower (90x90) and separate toilet, underlining the perfect combination of comfort and nature.

Outside, the residence boasts a large, secure swimming pool reserved exclusively for residents, open from 15 June to 15 September and supervised by a lifeguard in July and August. You can also enjoy private access to the beach, just 150 metres away, through a gate secured by a digital code. This outdoor area is ideal for relaxing in the sun or enjoying the pleasures of the water with ease and safety.

Our Tropical Duplex is set in an exceptional environment, offering the best of both worlds: the immediate proximity of the beach for those who love to swim and relax, and the view over the Etang d'Ingril, a haven of peace where nature is seen in all its splendour, particularly through the colonies of pink flamingos. This unique location is perfect for those looking to combine relaxing on the beach with discovering the wild nature of the region.

To ensure a carefree stay, we offer self-catering with a key box, 10am check-out, and a joint pre-departure inspection. Additional services include a baby cot and booster seat provided at no extra charge, while respecting our no pets policy and strict no smoking policy.
