Gite Flaubert is a pretty, typically Norman house set in 5400m2 of land in a quiet village 10 minutes from the first beach and 20 minutes from the D-Day landing beaches and the American cemetery.
The spacious, welcoming living room with its beautiful fireplace and fitted kitchen is on the ground floor.
The sofa bed can accommodate one person, or we can add a single bed in the bedroom with the 2 beds.
The two bedrooms upstairs can each accommodate two travellers in a cosy nest. The bathroom has a bath.
A charging point for electric cars is available in the gîtes car park.
Closed bicycle garage.
2 cycle routes of 30 km and 45 km through the Aure marshes pass in front of the gîtes, ideal for visiting the region.
You can enjoy a very peaceful environment, with the large enclosed garden not overlooked by the estate, the view of the Bessin marshes to the north, and to the south, at the top of the property, fields with Norman cows and a view of the village church.
