The house has been renovated and is clean; it is in a quiet cul-de-sac with no noise from cars, motorbikes, lorries, pedestrians or groups of young people.
Lacanau freshwater lake is 5 km away: 7 min by car or 20 min by bike along the cycle path.

You will enjoy two quiet, enclosed gardens facing east and south-west. The allée de la Baïne is a private cul-de-sac, so there's no traffic or other nuisance at night.

You'll be able to hear the ocean waves from the garden.

The east-west aspect means you can enjoy the sun all day on the 2 terraces.
The house is very bright.

There's a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen. The living room has a dining table for 8 people.
