This spacious 62m² apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, with room for 2 additional children on mattress bedding. The property is non-smoking and does not allow pets. The bedrooms include two single beds downstairs, while the upper floor features one bedroom with two single beds and two extra mattresses, as well as another with a double bed. All beds are equipped with duvets, and the extra mattresses come with blankets. A balcony offers a stunning view of the Altispace runway and the valley. Located in the hamlet of Planchamp, the apartment is a ski-in/ski-out property, just 5 minutes from the ESF ski school, the Piou Piou club, and local shops, providing convenient access to the slopes and amenities. Whether you’re an avid skier or a family with young children, this location is ideal for an active and enjoyable stay in the heart of the resort. The apartment is equipped with an American-style kitchen, including a fridge, oven, 4 electric hotplates, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and blender. A separate bathroom with WC is located downstairs, while upstairs you'll find a shower room with WC. Additional amenities include a hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, and a Bosch washing machine for added convenience. Linen and end-of-stay cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost, and the tourist tax is payable separately.
