This charming duplex apartment offers comfortable accommodation for up to 8 guests. It features three cozy bedrooms: a downstairs room with 3 single beds, a mezzanine with 2 single beds, and an upstairs bedroom with 3 single beds. All beds are equipped with duvets. The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. Linen rental is available upon request. The apartment also includes a TV with a DVD player. Tourist tax is not included in the rental price. Located in the hamlet of Planchamp, the apartment is conveniently situated just 10 minutes from ESF lessons, 5 minutes from the Piou Piou club and shops, and right at the foot of the slopes. Guests will have easy access to local cafes, markets, and other amenities, making it an ideal base for both relaxation and adventure. The apartment is well-equipped with modern amenities, including a Whirlpool fridge freezer, Bosch dishwasher, and washing machine. The kitchen comes with 4 electric hotplates, a microwave combo, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all essential utensils. There are two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and one with a shower and combined toilet. Heating is provided for year-round comfort.
