This charming, renovated villa sleeps 6 and features a private pool, air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet access. Tastefully decorated, this spacious villa is ideally located just a few minutes' walk from the beach.
Villa T4 (90m²) set in 600m² of enclosed grounds - sleeps 6 max.
Ground floor:
- Entrance hall with cloakroom and access to laundry room: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing equipment, etc.
- Beautiful living room with access to the outside, divided into 2 areas: lounge with sofa and 2 armchairs for all guests, large-screen TV and dining area for 6 people
- Fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, freezer, etc.
- Bedroom 1: Double bed 160x200 with TV, wardrobes, with a small sea view
- Shower room with shower and washbasin
- Separate WC
Upstairs: (air-conditioning on landing)
- Bedroom 2: Double bed 140x200 with dressing area and en suite shower room with shower, vanity unit and heated towel rail
