This cozy 40m² apartment is located in a prime location at the foot of the slopes in the Obelisk area, offering a comfortable stay for skiers and families. It includes a double bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a second bedroom with two single bunk beds, and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room, making it ideal for up to 6 people. The apartment is non-smoking, pet-free, and features essential amenities like a television, electric towel dryer, and a wardrobe. A large, south-facing terrace with a table and chairs offers a scenic view of the slopes and lake. The apartment does not provide bed linen or towels, but these can be rented in advance. Guests will enjoy the convenience of being just 50 meters from the ESF ski school and a free ski bus, making access to the slopes quick and easy. In the immediate vicinity, you'll find a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, and sports stores, perfect for après-ski or browsing for souvenirs. There’s also a bakery, grocery store, and caterer nearby, ensuring everything you need for a comfortable stay is within walking distance. The apartment is equipped with a full kitchen, featuring ceramic hobs, a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, and essential appliances like a coffee maker and toaster. The living room has a comfortable sofa and dining area, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The bathroom includes a bathtub with a shower screen, and there's an independent WC.
