Generel:
Location was good, but the condition wasn’t superb. Surfaces, floors and counters, are peeling up. The elevator door malfunctioned repeatedly required we exit on a different floor and the apartment had to be aired out upon arrival due to a strong solvent smell. And very few windows opened so this was tough. Convenient location but the ikea materials used in the renovation are showing their age.

Joffrey rescued us from a difficult situation! Initially, we made a reservation with a “new” host that turned out to be a fraudulent location (AVOID BOOKING ANYTHING AT 91 RUE DE TÍVOLI), After a helpful AirB&B representative assisted us in cancelling that reservation, we were provided with alternative listings and fortunately selected this one! Joffrey promptly approved the booking and assisted us in every possible way, allowing us to leave our luggage while the apartment was being cleaned, Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a impeccably clean and tidy apartment with air conditioning and additional fans in both bedrooms, The beds were extremely comfortable, the beddings and towels were fresh and clean, and the bathrooms were stocked with useful toiletries, Many thanks to Joffrey and Amina for rescuing our family trip in Paris!! :-) 3

It is situated on the 4th floor (5th floor for us in France) but there is an elevator, Although there was no air conditioning, the bedrooms were equipped with oscillating fans that kept us comfortably cool while we slept! Excellent dining options and shops nearby and a grocery store right around the corner, Just a 10-minute walk to the Louvre, They even provided plenty of chilled water in the fridge for us! A very pleasant stay!

Great location, Close to everything yet the street is peaceful, I would definitely recommend this place, The host provides very clear instructions for check-in and there is plenty of room, One thing to note is that the couch can only accommodate one person or maybe two children, It is quite comfortable but it is not a sofa bed, The kitchen may not be fully equipped for cooking, but who wants to cook in Paris anyway? There were construction workers working on the building's exterior, which was a bit surprising to see right outside the windows, and the smell of paint was strong, but hopefully, the work is temporary, Overall, a fantastic, convenient, and spacious accommodation,

The flat was exactly as described, The only issues seem to be related to the property management company, There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, so my first chore was to wash dishes in Paris, Additionally, the cleaning lady showed up an hour before our checkout time, leading to an uncomfortable rush to clean up and check out, Lastly, there is a faint, repetitive noise (resembling a compressor cycling on and off) coming from the ceiling in the hallway between the kitchen and one of the bedrooms, While not particularly loud, it can be disruptive to your sleep when everything else is quiet at night, Once you notice it, you can't unhear it,

Location couldn't have been better, It was right in the center with everything (metro, bus stop, bakery, pharmacy, grocery, etc) right around the corner, As with most buildings in Paris, the apartment building is old, The elevator is very small (barely big enough to fit 3 people at once), and you can hear everything around you, but it is a relatively quiet neighborhood, The neighborhood felt quite safe overall, The beds were spacious and comfortable (including the sofa bed), There is now a microwave available, As mentioned in other reviews, the wifi information provided in the packet was incorrect, However, you can find the correct details by looking at a white disk-shaped router in the 2nd bedroom, which will display the SSID and password, I have informed the management, so hopefully it will be corrected in the future, We were also able to check in early as there were no other bookings the day before our stay,

We wanted a cozy and affordable place with 2 bedrooms for 4 adults, and this was ideal, The apartment is charming (even better than the photos) and located in a great area to explore Paris, Pyramides station is just a 2-minute walk away, and there's a supermarket 30 seconds from the apartment that stays open late, You can easily walk to the Louvre and Notre Dame, The kitchen is on the smaller side but well-equipped if we had wanted to cook, One minor issue was the lack of cups, but considering the price and location, it's a minor inconvenience, I would definitely stay here again,
