We were content with our accommodations, A few things could have been better for me, For instance, it would have been great if a fan could be installed on the wall or ceiling for the small bedroom adjacent to the kitchen, We had to position a fan on the bathroom sink to feel it while lying in bed, There was only one fan we discovered, so the bedroom in the basement had no air circulation, We were happy to find a comfortable place close to public transportation and inviting restaurants, We would definitely consider staying again!

The apartment is genuinely appealing and is situated in an excellent quiet location (a mere 5 minute walk from the metro station), however, there are aspects that require enhancement, We were a group of seven and only came across 5 forks and 2 teaspoons! The shower floor poses a slipping hazard and lacks a soap dish or a sponge holder, The apartment's lighting is exceptional but lacks a bedside table for convenience, The guest service is lethargically slow and unhelpful, quite disappointing! Regardless, I would recommend this apartment for its location, cleanliness, and contemporary furniture,

The flat is incredibly charming, Its proximity to major attractions like the Louvre and the Tuileries yet its secluded location, nestled in a small courtyard between two main roads, is a delightful contrast, It's a breeze to get to, especially if you're using the Metro - it's just a short 5-minute stroll from Chatelet Les Halles, our chosen route, The detailed directions, complete with photographs of every door, were immensely helpful, The interior is surprisingly roomy, featuring a commodious living room/kitchen, a cozy bedroom with an attached bathroom, and a spacious basement equipped with a sofa/sofa-bed, a regular bed and its own bathroom, It's spacious enough to accommodate all but very large families, However, I would express concern about the basement steps if you have toddlers - they could pose a risk to a 1/2 year old (our kids are a tad older and faced no issues), We spent three enjoyable nights here and were thoroughly satisfied with our experience,

The greatest aspect of this apartment is its location!!!! The cafes and similar establishments within a 5-step radius are absolutely fantastic, We thoroughly enjoyed the location, As mentioned in other reviews, there is NO air conditioning - although we were provided with several small fans, it was insufficient to keep us cool, resulting in an indoor temperature of around 80F, The apartment is situated on the ground floor with only 1 window that can be opened, but individuals tend to gather outside the window to smoke, making it impractical to keep it open, There is limited storage space in the upstairs bedroom, so we had to keep our belongings in the kitchen, which was not a major issue, The host and manager were extremely prompt and proactive in their communication, which was greatly appreciated, This location is unbeatable!

When it comes to places to stay in Paris, this location was fantastic, Everything was tidy, although the living room carpet and couch were quite worn and stained, and the front curtains were a light cream color, making the lights from the street very bright at night for those sleeping upstairs, The main drawback, as others have mentioned, is that you can't keep the only window open because the outside area is used as a smoking area for everyone on the streets, and the smoke comes right into the apartment, This led to a very stuffy and hot experience at times, Everything else was quite pleasant, One thing that bothered me was the lack of dish soap, sponges, or dish towels, aside from a roll of paper towels, We had to purchase all of these items, I was also somewhat irritated that we had to pay for a portable crib considering the rental cost, On the positive side, it was a ground floor apartment with a spacious basement bedroom, I did recommend this place to a friend, Just a few minor issues and it would be perfect,

This flat was just a block away from the Louvre and 2 main train stations, it was absolutely ideal for our family to reach all the places we wanted to visit all over Paris, The place was recently renovated and tidy and suited our family of 5 well, The only problem we encountered was that the wifi wasn't working in the building but the property management company was very prompt in trying to fix this for us, Also, please be aware that this flat is on the ground floor which is convenient in Paris if you don't want to carry your luggage up multiple flights of stairs but we also had to keep our windows shut at night because of the noise from the street, Other than that, I would highly recommend this property for its cleanliness and location,

During our family vacation, we recently spent time at Joffery's apartment, It is conveniently situated in the heart of the 1st arrondissement, just a stone's throw away from eateries, shops, and the subway, The flat is a mere 5-minute stroll from the Louvre Museum and a play area for children, The one drawback was the lack of Wi-Fi or phone signal in the lower-level bedroom, This posed initial difficulties as we had kids with us, but we managed to adapt, Apart from that, the location couldn't be any better, I would certainly revisit,
