The apartment is well-located and within walking distance to many attractions, We appreciated the free WiFi and the fact that it was non-smoking throughout, The dining table was perfect for our meals together, Would stay again!

This apartment is situated in a secured area and is within walking distance of various restaurants, cafes, and the Metro Sentier, It is a quiet place as it is on the topmost floor of the building, However, there were some issues during our stay, The coffee maker was not working, and there were no hand soaps, dishwashing tabs, and kitchen towels available, Additionally, some parts of the apartment need renovation as one of the bathroom faucets was leaking and the sink had molds on the outer bottom, Nevertheless, the communication was excellent at all times, When we arrived late, we had to go to the Studio Prestige office, which was just a 5-minute walk from the apartment, to get the keys, This was our second time staying at one of their apartments, and we had a great time overall, It's just that this apartment needs some refurbishment,

This is a fantastic budget-friendly location within walking distance of the Louvre, St Chapelle, and other great spots, Our family of 5 found the apartment to be the perfect size, We had plenty of space during the late evenings and early mornings before setting out to explore Paris all day, While there are no views from the windows and the place is pretty basic, we weren't in Paris to hang out at the apartment, We just wanted a good-sized spot to sleep and use as a home base, and this place fit the bill perfectly, Although the washer/dryer wouldn't unlock when we needed to retrieve our clothes, the office sent over a maintenance person to assist us right away, We also appreciated the ability to drop off our bags in the office for an hour after checkout while we waited for our ride,

My friends and I spent four days in this apartment and it was perfect for the four of us, The apartment was clean and cozy with two full bedrooms and two shower rooms, It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable vacation including cleaning products, a kettle, a hair dryer, a microwave, a dishwasher, an iron, and an ironing board, The beds were comfortable and the location was very convenient, with all the main attractions within walking distance, When we were tired, we could always call a cab for a minimum fare of 12-13€, It was also very convenient that we could leave our suitcases at the office and still explore Paris, Thank you very much! However, there were a few downsides, The early check-in fee of 30€ was incomprehensible to me, The apartment was ready, but we had to pay extra to move in, The same goes for late check-outs, I rent apartments in Spain myself and I never charge people for early or late check-ins if possible, In addition, there were no chests of drawers or shelves to put our things in, But overall, we were happy with our stay,

Our experience here was fantastic! It was very convenient to travel around with two train stations nearby (within 5 minutes) depending on your destination, and also within walking distance of shops where you can get supplies, The shower was great and the beds were comfortable, The arcade was closed after hours, so it was quiet at night, The fob key to get in after hours was easy to use, We highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Paris,
