The location is fantastic and close to all amenities, There might be some noise during the weekends due to its central location, The building is charmingly old with typical walkup stairs (2 flights) and creaky floors, but it still retains some beautiful details on the high ceiling of the modernized apartment, The 3 small balconies offer great views of a typical Parisian street, The apartment is bright due to tall windows, It is extremely clean and spacious enough for our party of 7, We never felt squeezed, The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms are large, The apartment has portable fans and wall heaters, The separate toilet room and shower makes it convenient, There are ample towels and bedding, The closets are good, The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils, There's a nice electric kettle, a 2 burner cooktop, dishwasher etc which allows for meal preparations, The wifi is functional, Would definitely book again, The host is very responsive,

Honestly, the apartment looks even better in person than in the photos! br/br/We, as a group of friends, visited our friend in Paris and even with 6 girls and two boys who all had to get ready, the apartment was perfect for us, br/br/The bunk beds were also just so much fun, It felt like we were on a school trip! br/br/The area is a bit noisy, but that's just Paris for you, However, it's right in the center of everything and you can easily walk to all the important spots, br/br/Big thank you to our host's fantastic team! They were quick to help whenever we needed something or had questions, br/br/We felt very safe during our stay, br/br/I highly recommend this apartment for families and groups of friends visiting Paris!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Joffrey's apartment during the first week of August,br/br/The apartment is truly stunning and could easily be rated as a 5-star property, but there were a few issues that I will discuss below, It is conveniently located just steps away from a metro station with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and shops in the vicinity, Despite being in a vibrant neighborhood, the apartment remains peaceful when the windows are closed,br/br/The layout of the apartment is practical, with a small yet efficient kitchen, a cozy living room, 3 bedrooms, and a separate toilet and shower, The beds and furniture are comfortable, making it a pleasant place to relax for a few hours,br/br/Our main concern was the temperature inside the apartment, We opted for a spacious apartment due to traveling with our young children who needed rest in the afternoons, However, the August heat in Paris turned the apartment into an oven, and only one fan was provided, Although AC is not common in Parisian apartments, we expected at least a couple of fans, The management company did bring us an additional fan upon request, but it required some assembly and a screwdriver, which we didn't have, We managed by opening all the windows in the morning and closing the shutters in the afternoon, but it was still uncomfortably hot,br/br/We were also disappointed to find no dishwasher detergent or dish soap available, forcing us to buy our own (though the host reimbursed the cost),br/br/Overall, it's a fantastic place to stay, but I would hesitate to book it during the peak of summer unless better cooling options are provided,

This place is adorable and budget-friendly, Also, excellent and efficient communication with the host, Great access to restaurants, bakeries, and lively nightlife, Extremely convenient access to the Metro - less than half a block away, We strolled and jogged to the Louvre and Musee d’Orsay area, I have suggested a few improvements to the cleaning procedures and some small details that could enhance the stay, but overall, it offers great value for its location, Especially considering it can accommodate 8 people (AND a crib!!)! Ideal for families traveling together! The building is very old and antique, so be prepared for the unique 'character' that comes with it (like creaky floors, tall windows, no air conditioning, etc), Additionally, there are significant spiral stairs to access the apartment - it was a bit challenging for my elderly mother and strollers would be difficult, but we managed!
