My son informed me that the apartment was excellent, The area around it is full of cafes and restaurants, providing plenty of things to do, The B & B had all the necessary amenities, the beds were cozy and getting the keys was convenient, Everything was handled efficiently and professionally,br/However, Joffrey was unhelpful and unsympathetic when I requested to reschedule the visit due to my elderly mother's hospitalization, I couldn't travel and reached out to him to change the date of our visit, but he was inflexible and refused to consider rescheduling for a later time, so my son had to go without me, I acknowledge that it was within the booking terms and therefore not unreasonable, but it was quite disappointing, I don't intend to discourage anyone from staying in this apartment, but to simply caution that there is no room for negotiation under any circumstances,

Fantastic location and beautiful apartment, The apartment is approximately a 20-minute walk from Gare du Nord and is situated on a surprisingly quiet street despite its close proximity to cafes, the metro, and a 15-minute walk from the Centre Pompidou, We explored the area on foot and didn't need to use the metro at all, Located in the Marais district, which offers charming streets to wander, just keep in mind that some businesses may be closed in August - we noticed a bakery on the street that was closed (but there are plenty of other options at the street's end), We discovered a wonderful variety of dining options nearby, as well as supermarkets, The check-in process was extremely straightforward - with clear instructions, and the apartment was exceptionally clean and spacious, It had all the amenities we required, I would highly recommend staying here, Just be mindful that there is no elevator access and the stairs are narrow, but unless you have large luggage, it shouldn't pose a problem,

This location was fantastic and the building was really beautiful, The bed in the bedroom itself was cozy, but the pull-out bed was not the most comfortable, Additionally, there were only European pillows available which was not ideal for sleeping, If you require two beds, I would suggest looking into a different property, The pull-out bed was acceptable for short stays, but for longer stays needing a second bed, it could be uncomfortable, The space was bright, spacious, and clean overall, However, there were significant renovations and construction noise in the apartment building next to the bedroom, starting early in the morning and lasting until evening, This was not communicated to us and made our stay less than ideal, We would have appreciated knowing about this beforehand to possibly explore other options, especially for my extended stay, Additionally, if you plan to use the pull-out bed, note that linen is not provided unless specifically requested or for more than 2 guests, It took several days for the linen to be delivered after realizing this, requiring follow-up, Communication was decent, but it's worth noting that it's managed by a team rather than an individual, leading to potential challenges in resolving issues, Furthermore, the kitchen was lacking dishwashing cloths, tea towels, and detergent despite being otherwise well-equipped,

The location of this place was absolutely fantastic and the building itself was truly beautiful, The bed in the bedroom was quite comfortable, however, the fold-out bed was not the best option, Additionally, the lack of proper pillows, only European ones, made the sleeping experience less than ideal, If you require two beds, it might be worth considering a different property, The fold-out bed is adequate for short stays, but for longer stays needing a second bed, it could be uncomfortable, The space was bright, spacious, and generally clean as shown in the pictures, Unfortunately, there were significant renovations and construction noise coming from the apartment block outside the bedroom window and the adjacent apartment, starting early in the morning with power tools until late in the evening, This was not communicated to us beforehand, which was disappointing, It would have been helpful to know in advance as it affected our stay, especially for a long-term booking, Additionally, if you plan to use the fold-out bed, be aware that linen is not provided unless requested or for more than 2 guests, It took a few days for the linen to be delivered after realizing this, requiring follow-up, Communication was generally good, but it's worth noting that it's a team managing the CheckMyGuest, resulting in different people responding, which may explain the challenges in resolving issues over several days, Lastly, the kitchen was fully stocked except for dishwashing cloths, tea towels, and detergent,
