Generel:
The apartment was good. Its management through Belvilla and CheckMyGuest was appalling. Wrong dates for our stay were in the system, no information was provided for us to access the apartment until 30 minutes before arrival causing us to make urgent phone calls from Gare D'Nord station (our arrival point in Paris) to very uncooperative staff members who clearly thought it was all our fault! It was not! Then, during a family medical emergency 3 days later, we rang the Belvilla Emergency number seeking help and were told someone would immediately ring us back to assist. Guess what - no call. Ever. Thankfully, kind neighbours assisted us during this emergency, calling paramedics and ensuring hospital attention was received. In short, our experience with Belvilla was terrible on two occasions during our one week stay, and I will not book or deal with that company again.

Definitely the best CheckMyGuest my husband and I have ever experienced, it felt like we were staying at a hotel - amazing bed linens, perfectly clean large white bath towels, hotel-style shampoo bottles and nicely wrapped hand soaps, We also really liked that there was an elevator and 2 fans available for cooling, The metro station is very close by too, The only downside we noticed was the absence of an oven (we didn't realize this when booking and had pizzas that we couldn't cook), Overall, we would highly recommend it to anyone and it's definitely worth the extra cost!

This location is absolutely perfect in the heart of Le Marais, on a charming side street with no traffic, It's just steps away from various restaurants, cafes, and bars, and very close to the metro, The apartment itself is beautifully decorated in a chic Parisian style, with windows that let in plenty of natural light, If it gets chilly, there are heaters in both rooms, I highly recommend this place, as the host was very responsive to our questions and the check-in process was smooth, There were 3 of us and we had ample space - I'm sure 4 people would also be comfortable, Even with the sofa bed pulled out, we could move around the apartment easily and sit at the table comfortably (and it's easy to put the sofa bed back during the day), The only thing to keep in mind is that being in the city means there is some street noise at night, If that's an issue, bring earplugs or use white noise while sleeping, It didn't bother us, as we're used to it from living in New York,

The apartment was easy to enter with keyless entry and was clean and spacious, There were a few small things missing like paper towels or dish towels, but I'm sure the host would provide them if asked (we managed without), Communication with the host was straightforward, We had a problem with the bedroom lights not turning off completely, and the host offered to send someone to fix it quickly, but we found a solution on our own, A perfect apartment for 1-2 people visiting Paris!

The apartment was gorgeous with lovely floors, door, and windows, We stayed during a hot week in Paris and there were two fans provided in the unit, No air conditioning, The street was slightly noisy in the evening and early morning when the windows were open, The bed was cozy, The kitchen was fully equipped and we were able to cook a few nights from the apartment, Keyless entry was very easy, We loved the neighborhood- it didn't feel touristy, It is near the Republica metro station which is handy, I wouldn't say this apartment is very close to the bustling part of the Marais, but still a lovely location, We had a great time!

The apartment was stunning with lovely floors, door, and windows, We were there during a warm week in Paris and there were two fans provided in the unit, No air conditioning, The street was a bit noisy in the evening and early morning when the windows were open, The bed was cozy, The kitchen was well-equipped and we managed to cook a few evenings in the apartment, Keyless entry was very convenient, We liked the neighborhood- it didn't have a touristy feel, It's near the Republica metro station which is handy, This apartment isn't exactly in the bustling part of the Marais, but it's still a beautiful location, We had a great time!

Very tidy and nicely renovated flat in the center of Marais, I went on a trip with my 8-year-old daughter and my mother in her late sixties, and we had the greatest girls' getaway to Paris! The beds, shower, bed linen, and towels are all well-stocked with easy access, You can easily explore this area for a week, but the tourist attractions are also easily accessible, Wonderful lodging in a charming neighborhood, Our preferred eatery was 'Big Love', just a 5-minute walk from the flat,

Check-in with smart lock went smoothly, Received the login codes on time, The apartment is clean and the towels are neatly prepared, It is located in the street behind Place de la Republic, but the street itself is quiet, Everything within walking distance (bakery, supermarket, and metro), Great location, The apartment is very quiet, So we slept wonderfully, Our daughters slept on the sofa bed and they found it very comfortable, Our bed was also fine, The lights in the bedroom can be turned off, but they work as a night light, No idea how to turn off the night light mode, So if you are a light sleeper, bring a sleep mask, The lights in the living room are not dimmable, Otherwise, the apartment is well-equipped, We will definitely come back, I will definitely recommend this apartment,

Spacious apartment near Place de la Republique, The neighborhood around the square is nice and diverse with plenty of local bars, but it is also very noisy on the second floor, The apartment is trying to be cozy, but lacks a decent kitchen equipment (no salt, oil, or enough dishes/cutlery) and for example a floor lamp in the living room for atmosphere or a bedside lamp, There is very little storage space overall, It is strange that messages are signed permanently anonymously with 'check my guest' and only after departure does a Johanna ask for a good review,

This accommodation is absolutely stunning and the location is fantastic, Within walking distance to Marais and easily accessible via the metro from république to anywhere! The elevator in the building was out of order, so we had to carry our luggage up a few flights of stairs, but that's Paris for you, The self check-in process was very seamless with entry codes provided in advance, and they even allowed us to check in early, We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it!
