Generel:
The two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath apartment was exceptionally clean and well maintained. As you enter, there is a small foyer with a convenient half bath immediately to the right. Straight ahead to the left is the bright, open kitchen and living area. Down the hallway, the first door leads to the main bedroom, which features an en-suite bathroom with a shower and sink. A bit farther along is the second full bathroom, also equipped with a shower and sink, followed by the second bedroom at the end of the hall. The apartment has plenty of windows offering views of the courtyard. The neighborhood is good — transportation is just around the corner, with several metro lines easily accessible. I used the metro to visit the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, take a cruise on the Seine, and even travel to the airport after checking out. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The owner checked in during my stay to make sure everything was going well, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

The flat does have 2 bathrooms as advertised, but neither includes a toilet. There is a separate single toilet room--not what we had expected for a flat that accommodates 4 guests. Lots of street construction noise. Wifi works only in living room. No instructions for using the washing machine, dishwasher, etc. The flat is spacious and clean, with plenty of linens.

Joffrey's flat was perfect for our vacation with another couple, The location is in a bustling area but the flat was peaceful, It's very handy that each room has its own sink and bath/shower, The single toilet is in a separate private space which we liked, We enjoyed relaxing in the courtyard on warm evenings, It would have been great to have air conditioning on the hot days but the flat had plenty of fans and windows that we opened at night, The flat was very clean and all the furniture seemed quite new, We would certainly come back!
