The stay was generally acceptable, although the management firm was responsive, the check-in procedure was somewhat complex, particularly since I had to pay for an early check-in and had previously communicated via message, I had to call for guidance on the day of check-in which made the process a bit chaotic, Despite this, the management firm was accommodating, The lack of information about the apartment was another issue - we had to figure out some things on our own and contact the company for other instructions, The process would have been smoother if this information had been provided earlier, for instance, about internet access, The apartment was decent but some items of furniture were worn out, Some minor issues like a broken shower rainfall head and a coat rack coming out of the wall could be easily fixed, The apartment's location is excellent which is a big plus,

Die Wohnung ist hervorragend zentral im wunderschönen Stadtteil Marais gelegen, Sie ist wie beschrieben eingerichtet und wir fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl, Ein guter Bäcker und ein Supermarkt sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar (3 Min,), Das Schlafsofa ist komfortabel und die Wohnung war für uns drei (mit Kind) perfekt, Ich kann die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen, Wir haben Paris mit unseren Fahrrädern erkundet, was sehr empfehlenswert ist, Man kann Parkplätze buchen (auch online im Voraus), Unser günstiger Parkplatz (auch für Kombis mit Fahrradträger geeignet) Saint-Louis bei einem Krankenhaus war 2 km entfernt (€ 22/Tag), aber mit dem Fahrrad war es kein Problem, zur Wohnung zurückzukehren,

Our stay at Joffrey’s apartment for 6 nights was absolutely delightful, The apartment was spacious, peaceful, spotless, contemporary, and brand new, Getting around Paris was a breeze with public transportation nearby, and we discovered some fantastic cafes, patisseries, and bars just a stone's throw away, We had such restful nights and were so cozy that waking up early was a challenge! If I had to nitpick, it would be a minor issue - such as the gate being a bit tricky to navigate during check-in, and the hot water being extremely hot and quick to cool down, However, we managed to sort it all out and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, We wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation and would certainly return in the future, Don't hesitate, make a reservation now!

This space was exceptionally beautiful and comfortable, It had everything we needed for 6 days in Paris with our little one, It is situated in a very convenient, yet not overly touristy neighborhood, We absolutely adored it, There are fantastic restaurants of various cuisines nearby, Just keep in mind that on some nights, you may hear music/people from the streets (this might be bothersome for those accustomed to a quiet suburban environment or if you are a light sleeper!), Moreover, the hot water runs out quicker than anticipated (the three of us had to stagger our shower times to allow the hot water tank to refill), Overall, the hosts were extremely friendly and attentive, I would definitely book this place again!

The place looked exactly like the pictures and was incredibly cozy, The host was very responsive and even allowed us to leave our bags before the final cleaning, so we could explore without carrying our luggage, The location and neighborhood were fantastic, There were plenty of activities to do and excellent restaurants nearby, There was some construction noise from the street, which was a bit louder than expected, but it didn't bother us much (plus, there's construction all over Paris because of the 2024 Olympics, so it's to be expected), Would definitely choose to stay here again!

This is a fantastic place for a weekend escape for a couple, I wouldn't recommend it if you plan to use the sofa bed or stay for more than a few days, I'm French and was traveling with my daughter from the United States, I contacted the host well in advance to request the sofa bed be made or sheets be left out, Unfortunately, no luck! Additionally, the TV in the bedroom was not functioning, and there was only one fan, which we had to position in the doorway between the two rooms at night to be able to sleep (it gets VERY hot,) On the positive side, the location is excellent, the street is quiet after 11pm, and the place is extremely clean,

We stayed at this spacious and well-equipped apartment in Marais, The flat was just the right size for our family of four, and we loved having separate bedrooms and a kitchen area, Situated in a convenient location with easy access to the metro, within walking distance of the Seine and various attractions, and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants, bars, and shops, You could easily spend days exploring the area, Being on the second floor, there was some noise from nearby restaurants in the evenings, but closing the windows solved that issue, On the bright side, it was easy to carry our luggage and the apartment stayed cool, The rental is mainly managed by a company, but they and the owner were quick to respond and even accommodated our early check-in request when the flat was ready, I would happily choose this place as our home base for our next visit to Paris - much preferable to hotels in my opinion

We spent a fantastic week using this apartment as a starting point for our exploration of Paris in autumn, The location is excellent: close to both major and minor Metro stations, with a wonderful bakery just steps away, within walking distance of a popular wine bar, cocktail bar, several grocery stores, an amazing cheese shop, restaurants, and a covered market, Despite being near Republique Square, the only sounds we heard were the usual city noises, which disappeared when we closed the windows, The space is ideal for two people and maybe a child, four people would feel a bit cramped, It's a single-story, first-floor apartment with a few steps at the entrance and leading up to the living room/bathroom/bedroom, Since there's no unit above, we never heard the neighbors and it felt very private, The separate kitchen, though small in terms of equipment, was great for preparing pasta and salad for dinner and reheating takeout on nights when we didn't want to eat out, The bed was extremely comfortable and the wardrobe provided enough space for two, Checking in and out was a breeze thanks to the instructions sent via email, (Please note that the light switch for the building entrance is on the wall facing the courtyard,)

The apartment is located in a secure building and is very stylish, equipped with all the necessary amenities, It would be even better if there was an additional mirror, as the only one available is in the bathroom, which is not ideal for getting ready, I also agree with other feedback regarding the limited hot water supply for more than 1,5 people, Despite these minor inconveniences, I would definitely choose to stay at this property again :)

A hidden gem in the 3rd Arrondissement! 100% secure area even late at night, Ample space, We even invited another couple for drinks and never once felt crowded, Extremely clean! Comfortable firm bed (amazing) AMAZING location, A nice balance between bustling and calm, You feel like you're in the center of everything, but if you want a good night's sleep, just close the windows and enjoy the peace and quiet, The furnishings were clean, modern, and well-maintained, Many excellent dining options within a short walking distance, A wonderful place to stay for a few days or even a few months, And most importantly, plenty of natural light, Absolutely loved this place!!!

Bright apartment, well laid out and just a stone's throw from République, The neighborhood is pleasant, Many amenities are provided, we lack nothing! The only downside to note is that the hot water tank must be a bit small, the water cools quite quickly in the shower, and the tray is a bit slippery, But that didn't bother us that much in the end, Check-in is well indicated, be sure to ring the bell at 7E and not at 1E (typo in the brief),
