Catherine Hordern enjoyed staying in this small but well-equipped apartment, Although some previous guests have mentioned that the pillows are flat and there is only one window, Catherine found the cushions provided comfortable and appreciated having two air conditioning units, She recommends bringing your own hand soap and washing supplies if you plan on using the machines, Taking out the trash at the end of the stay was easy, as the bin storeroom is conveniently located next to the apartment, The apartment is located on a charming Parisian side street with plenty of patisseries, restaurants, and boutiques, It's only a five-minute walk to the metro and a pleasant stroll to Notre Dame, Catherine, her husband, and teenage daughter felt the apartment was the perfect size and location for their first family visit to Paris, They would definitely recommend it and hope to return, Catherine also wanted to thank the host for being very responsive,

The location is fantastic, situated in the heart of Le Marais with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, The apartment has recently been renovated with new appliances and furniture, However, the renovation work was not done to a high standard, The kitchen table was not attached properly, the washing machine makes loud noises (I had to stop halfway through and wash by hand), the pillows are square and very flat, and there is no hand soap provided, Additionally, there are no windows in the apartment so it feels like living in a basement, Overall, my experience was good due to the location, but there is definitely room for improvement,

This is a new listing and it feels like we are one of the first guests to use the apartment, It is located on the ground floor at the back of the building and is very clean and brand new, I love that the bathroom is very big, The only issue we had was that there is not much ventilation in the apartment, There is only a small window in the bedroom that can be opened, but small flies come in if you leave it open at night, I think it can be very stuffy in the living room/kitchen area in summer, The sofa bed is huge and comfortable, but please provide thicker pillows as we are not used to thin square pillows, There are two portable fans available, We had to clear our own rubbish at the end of the stay, which we find weird as we are paying cleaning fees when we book via Airbnb, The location is very good - it is a quiet and pretty alley with a few restaurants, It is also walkable to the Metro, and there are lots of shops and eateries just around the corner,
