Generel:
The ladies staying in the appartment went to a lot in this apartment. The steepstaircase, that wasn´t informed in the announce, part of the ceiling keep on falling in their beds, the problems with the heating, it was blocked in -4 degress in the middle of the winter.. they freeze for 5 nights. it was very expensive experience for them. since they got a cold and have to pay for meds. they helped the guest by putting the heat on and helping with a hand railing.

This was an ideal location for my first trip to Paris, There are several landmarks nearby and some excellent restaurants close by as well, Furthermore, the apartment was well-kept and tidy, Though it was somewhat tiny for five people, it sufficed and was equipped with all the necessities, Moreover, they were quick to respond to messages!

Only a 5-minute walk to the metro and bus stations, a 10-minute walk to a high-end shopping mall, There are also plenty of very good bakeries and patisseries nearby, It's very convenient to have 2 supermarkets nearby, only a 5-minute walk away, Major attractions like the Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Orsay Museum, and Notre Dame are just a 25 to 40-minute walk away, The unit is clean and having a washer/dryer is a plus, Although it may be a bit small for 5 people with luggage, it was good enough for us since we were out most of the time, The stair access to the basement/bedroom is quite steep, so you need to be careful going up and down, Michael and Johanna were always responsive and very helpful whenever we communicated with them, Overall, it's a great place to stay,

This Paris Airbnb is fantastic! It has a great location just a few minutes from the metro, and the apartment is very clean with super comfortable beds (including the pull-out sofa), Although it doesn't have a lot of natural light and is on the first floor, these weren't really issues for us, The hosts were incredibly kind and had lots of recommendations, as well as clear instructions, We highly recommend staying here!
