We absolutely adored this apartment primarily due to its fantastic location, It was spacious and incredibly easy to access, However, during our stay, we encountered a few issues, It could have been a result of previous problematic guests, but nevertheless: The entrance door was malfunctioning, causing a delay in our entry and adding complexity to our stay as we had to work around the key, The sink in the master bedroom was leaking, and despite assurances, no one came to repair it, There was also a broken floorboard in the hallway that we reported, but it seemed that there was reluctance to fix it, despite our concerns about it being a safety hazard, Some of the furniture was damaged and left outside the apartment, We reached out regarding dishwashing supplies, but received no response, despite being told that they would be provided, Overall, while the apartment's location and furnishings were delightful, the lack of attention to maintenance was disappointing, Considering the price we paid, our expectations were much higher,

Managed by a larger company, so the apartment lacks basic amenities (soap, etc,), make sure to go shopping beforehand, Additionally, there are no extra blankets available (as we were informed multiple times), so if you require more than two blankets (e,g,, for the sofa beds), there are various home goods stores nearby (H&M Home, Ikea, etc,), The elevator also has limited functionality and the apartment is situated on the fifth floor,br/br/However, it serves as a convenient crash pad in downtown near the Opera and many other attractions!

The flat was beautiful, safe and in a fantastic location, The only issue that occurred was a power cut, This may not have been the host's fault, but it led to spoiled food and significant inconvenience, The host initially passed my request for compensation to a manager, but after my check-out, it became impossible to receive a response from either the manager or the host, Eventually, CheckMyGuest stepped in and resolved the situation, I would not choose this host again, but I plan to continue using CheckMyGuest in the future, as my confidence in CheckMyGuest was significantly boosted by the difficulties we faced, Nonetheless, the flat is excellent and if you encounter no problems, you will likely be very satisfied,

We stayed in the apartment for 4 days and had a great time, The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the Paris Opera, close to various metro stations and surrounded by restaurants, We walked to the Louvre (15 minutes) and to Orsay (20 minutes) and even made it to Notre Dame one afternoon with a 35-minute walk, The apartment is newly renovated, with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, a spacious dining room with two comfortable double sofa beds, Everything was spotless, the kitchen was well-equipped and ready to host our group of 7 guests comfortably, Highly recommended!
