Joffrey’s place is in a great location, It is very close to most tourist attractions and the metro, It is a convenient place to stay, However, the check-in time is at 4pm and it is not flexible, If you have a lot of luggage, you may need to find a place to store it, Other than that, everything else is good, I highly recommend staying here💖

The apartment is decent, The location is definitely the best aspect of this place, It is secure, neat, and the host communication was as anticipated, However, we encountered a few inconveniences, like a malfunctioning elevator (even though the apartment is advertised as being on the 3rd floor, it's actually above the ground floor, mezzanine, and then the third floor), which limited our return times during the day, Also, despite the numerous large windows offering a panoramic view, it was quite chilly due to sub-zero temperatures outside, The host did provide extra heaters, We weren't allowed to leave our bags after checking out, so we had to lug them 15 minutes away to a recommended storage facility, We requested a private airport transfer, but the host wasn't able to arrange it, While all the essential amenities were available, we felt it lacked that personal touch we've experienced in other Parisian stays, We were hoping for more,

This apartment is located in a truly fantastic area of Paris, It is close to several metro stations and just a short walk from Palais Garnier, as well as numerous shopping and dining options, The proximity to the Louvre and other attractions is convenient, The apartment itself is tidy and well-equipped, We particularly appreciated having a washing machine, which made things much easier with our 2 children, Be mindful of some broken floorboards with exposed nails, Our only issue was with the communication from the host, We did not receive the access codes before our arrival, despite my inquiries, Upon landing in Paris at 1pm, we still had not received them (check-in was at 3), This naturally made us anxious about whether we would receive them at all, Despite sending multiple messages through the CheckMyGuest app, we received no response by 2:30, In the end, I had to search online for a phone number for checkmyguest and call them to get the access code, This unnecessary situation caused some stress, Nevertheless, overall it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend it,

Small, neat flat with a fantastic location in the heart of the Opera District, Nearby several metro stations, grocery stores, eateries, and just a short walk from Palais Garnier, We spent a few days exploring Paris with our family of four and found this to be a very comfortable home base, The main bedroom accommodates two adults and there's a sofa bed in the living room that's perfect for two more guests, The kitchen is well-stocked and even has a washing machine, However, there's no dishwasher or dryer, Plenty of windows in the apartment offer great city views, Being a bustling metropolis, Paris can be noisy with activity well into the night, But overall, we adored this spot!

This was our initial experience staying in an CheckMyGuest that was not directly managed by the landlord but by a third-party corporation, Overall, we were satisfied with the Checkmyguest service, The flat was fantastic and located ideally, The only criticism is that there was no dish soap or shower gel in the apartment upon arrival, and only one toilet paper roll, so we had to purchase more, Otherwise, a fantastic stay and we will certainly consider this CheckMyGuest again for future visits to Paris,
