Generel:
Overall the appartment was as described. However, there is NO AIR-CONDITIONING. I had seen a review describing a problem with the air conditioning and so had sent a message through VRBO before I left asking about it, but the company did not inform me of any issues ahead of time. When I got to the appartment I was told it was a serious electrical issue and they would have to shut down the appartment to solve it and so we would not have air conditioning for the week. This was frustrating since one bedroom is on the top floor so gets hot (the windows can’t open). One thing not described in the listing is the property manager- checkyourguest who manage the property on behalf of Bellavilla. Their staff are fantastic and they work close to the appartment so you can even drop in and speak to them (which I had to do to regarding the air conditioning issue.) If the air conditioning worked this would have been a fantastic property.

Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Lack of communication. I had to call several times to get someone to drop off the key. There is no easy way to get questions answered. We ran out of toilet paper and no one replied. We got a call about noise concern twice despite not being in the apartment the first time. The apartment did not meet our expectations. There is no way to get air in the apartment except for leaving the front door open. The bottom floor had mold and smelled stale. There must be a vent from the main floor bedroom to the upper floor bedroom because as someone stated in the airbnb review, every whisper could be heard between the bedrooms.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this place, There were four of us and we all had our separate sleeping spaces, The location was ideal, situated centrally close to all must-see spots, Train stations, supermarkets, and landmarks were all within walking distance, Acquiring the key from the mailbox at the indicated location was simple and just a 5-minute walk from the accommodation place, The neighborhood was peaceful and the host was prompt in responding, I highly recommend this place and wouldn't hesitate to stay again,

The accommodation itself was really fantastic, Neat, spacious, excellent showers, nespresso machine, washer dryer, tastefully decorated, Ideal location for walking and accessing public transportation including Uber, We strolled to the Louvre, Galleries Lafayette, and Montmartre, The check-in process was not ideal, I would have chosen a different rental if I had known I needed to pick up and return the key from another location, I have rented many times before and never encountered this, I am traveling with 3 children and have to leave at 3:30 am for a flight, yet I have to walk to the secret key location, It would be better if there was a keypad on the door, The door opens directly from the living room to the street, not the wooden door shown in the photo, It seems like it used to be a storefront, I suggest adding security bars to the lower windows and doors, Once, some individuals were talking right in front of the door after midnight and only left when I turned on all the lights, Great space and location, Slightly concerning regarding key collection and security, The Wi-Fi and TVs worked well,

This place is lovely with several fantastic restaurants nearby, The entrance is on the ground floor, with a bedroom there and on the first floor, There's a bathroom next to it as well as one downstairs in the basement, Our stay was decent, but it was slightly overshadowed by a small flood in the basement caused by a leaking water heater (2-3cm of water at its deepest), The owner promptly sent someone to fix the issue the following day, but our morning was made difficult by the water being shut off without warning while we were getting ready for the day (to catch a TGV), I understand that emergencies happen, and the basement was spotless when we got back,

The apartment was just as described, but the layout turned out to be different from what we had expected, The double sink and vanity were located downstairs, and the sink on the left was not usable because the door was in the way, The shower door couldn't fully open due to the ceiling-mounted shower head obstructing it, The maximum door width was probably only 24 inches, The main issue we faced was that the air conditioning was mentioned in the listing, and it was a very hot week in Paris, Unfortunately, the apartment never cooled down below 27 degrees Celsius or 86 degrees Fahrenheit, Despite reaching out to the management and owner multiple times, the issue was never resolved, Although fans were provided, it was still very uncomfortable, Joffrey did offer a refund for the inconvenience, The location was excellent, in the 9th arrondissement close to amenities, eateries, and the metro line, which was a key factor in our decision to rent this apartment, The entrance was on the ground floor, right by the sidewalk, making it easy for us to come and go with our bags, If the air conditioning had worked properly, we would have given it a 5-star rating,

Beautiful and bright apartment located very close to Gare de Nord and within easy walking distance to Montmartre and central Paris, There are also several supermarkets and great restaurants nearby, It's a fantastic starting point to explore central London with two very nice but small bedrooms, The apartment is very clean, easily accessible, and the communication was good, The actual property matches the pictures, We only deducted a point for cleanliness because the downstairs shower room had a smell (although it's unlikely to be used as there is another shower room on the ground floor), Additionally, there is no handrail when going downstairs, so if you are elderly, I would not recommend it,
