The size of the accommodation was excellent. Plenty of space for families or groups of 4-5. The location is within a few minutes walk from Gare de L'est. There are many restaurants and eateries nearby as well. As for the cons, communication with the host is nonexistent. I had to reach out to customer service because the host did not respond to any of my messages. They also did not leave enough toilet paper for a family of 4 for nights and so we had to go by our own. In addition, we could not get the TVs to work. I don't know if something is disconnected, but we were unable to watch any TV during our stay. Had the host been efficient in communicating with us, then i would have given this accommodation a 10.

Very nice apartment only 5 minutes walk away from Gare de l‘Est and 10 minutes from Gare du Nord. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. A perfect location for families with children 10+ years.

My family (15 of us) traveled to Paris for US thanksgiving week and my parents and I stayed at this apartment, It looked exactly as advertised and it was very pleasant and spacious for three people, I would even say it would work for 5-6 people (2 couples and one-two kids), It’s incredibly modern with nice appliances, We didn’t end up using anything other than the microwave, though, It has one full bath and 2 half baths (one with a shower and sink and another with a toilet and a sink), I’d seen people be wary of the neighborhood in a few reviews but there wasn’t a time we felt unsafe walking around at night, It’s a lively, noisy neighborhood, I can understand why some parents with young kids may have concerns but it was fine for three adults from a large US city, It’s a very secure building, You have to have a code to get in and a key fob to get past a second door that leads to the apartments, The apartment itself has a reinforced door, I also want to point out that the hallways in the building have lights, They are just timed and they go out after a few minutes so you have to hit the switches again, The neighborhood has easy access to bistros, metro, bars, patisseries, grocery stores, My parents are in their late sixties and had no problem walking around, Easy neighborhood to get an Uber too! A few critiques: 1, The company that manages check-in did not give us the right access code for the keybox so it was a little frustrating getting there and then having to contact them to get the right access code, However they were incredibly apologetic and helpful with making it right, 2, Paper towels in kitchen or bathroom would be nice, We had to buy some, 3, A better house manual would help with navigating a few things, for example, the boiler was off and we had to reach out to make sure it was okay to turn on and how to turn it on, I had to contact several times to get answers to things but the responses were swift and kind, Would I stay here again? Absolutely!

The flat was light, roomy, and breezy, It was impeccably clean and well stocked, Its location suited us perfectly as it was near train stations and undergrounds, There were 5 of us and having two showers and a separate toilet was fantastic, The WiFi worked well in most parts of the flat except for the master bedroom, It would have been helpful to have a manual on how to operate the appliances and some recommendations for dining options, We would definitely suggest this flat,
