Lovely and spacious apartment for my husband and me and our two teenagers, It is situated on a peaceful street in a pleasant neighborhood close to numerous restaurants, Unfortunately, one of the showers was not working properly and leaked water all over the floor, The tea kettle was also malfunctioning and caused water to leak everywhere, Several light bulbs needed to be replaced, The sofa in the basement was damaged, Additionally, the air conditioning is only on the main floor, resulting in the bedrooms upstairs being quite warm during the summer, Despite being a nice CheckMyGuest, it could benefit from more attention to detail, particularly considering the high rates they charge, The CheckMyGuest is managed by a management company, Communication was satisfactory, One evening, we accidentally locked ourselves out of the apartment and thankfully managed to contact the management company to obtain a spare key (although we had to Uber for 30-40 minutes to retrieve it), It was an inconvenience, but it was our mistake, and we were relieved that we didn't end up locked out for the night,

Excellent location, spotless, spacious, and met our requirements for the stay, There is a stunning cave in the basement that is perfect for entertaining friends, The neighborhood is secure, captivating, and sufficiently local for those seeking a more genuine Parisian experience, Plenty of fantastic eateries, bars, pastry shops, and stores to explore, The apartment itself was superb (clean, cozy, spacious), however, please note that the toilet upstairs is in a separate room without a nearby sink, We had to use the toilet and then return to our private bathrooms to wash our hands, This sometimes disturbed other guests at night due to the noise, so if you're a light sleeper, be cautious, It may also be challenging to carry heavy luggage up the spiral staircase as it is quite narrow, so proceed with caution, Obtaining the key was simple, as it was in a lockbox right outside the apartment, The host was also very responsive after our check-in, which put us at ease, The check-in procedure could have been slightly enhanced with earlier, proactive communication, Keep in mind that check-in is strictly at 3 pm, so if you arrive on an early flight, consider booking a half-day hotel elsewhere to get some rest before check-in, Still, I highly recommend this apartment - we had a fantastic time and it met most of our needs!
