The location of the house is quite beautiful, As soon as you step out of the door, you see the Eiffel Tower, Metro and bus stops are within a 5-minute walk, You can reach the Eiffel Tower in 15 minutes on foot, It is also possible to take the most beautiful photos of the tower from this area, The house has many amenities, The house is designed in a reverse duplex on the ground floor of the building, Upstairs, there is a living room with an American kitchen, a toilet, and two rooms, One of the rooms has an en-suite bathroom, There is a bathroom and a toilet on the basement floor, The house was quite dusty when we entered, There was a vacuum cleaner, However, most likely the vacuum cleaner bag was either missing or broken, It was producing more dust than it was collecting, The host responded to our requests quickly, He changed the electric kettle upon our request, If we had requested a vacuum cleaner, he would probably have provided that too, The washing machine in the house has a drying feature but it is not sufficient, The biggest disadvantage is the lack of a clothes rack to dry the laundry in the house,

The apartment is located on the ground floor, with the master bedroom and living room facing the main street, so you may experience some noise early in the morning, You can also hear people coming and going from the building, The main bathroom is situated in the basement, and it was clean, The kitchen was very basic in terms of equipment, I had mentioned in my reservation that there would be 5 guests staying, so we needed additional sofa linen, Upon our arrival, we realized that none had been provided, so we had to make a phone call to have it delivered, which was done within 15 minutes, The apartment has enough space for 6 people, therefore sofa bed linen should be readily available for every booking, Even if there were only 4 of us, I would still have needed to use the sofa bed, The sofa bed itself was quite comfortable, We encountered some difficulty with the door code and had to seek assistance over the phone, which was promptly resolved, The property itself was basic but met our needs, We only had breakfast at the apartment and used it for sleeping, Upon opening the front door, you have a nice view of the Eiffel Tower, The location is excellent, and I would definitely consider staying here again,

One of the most stunning locations in Paris, surrounded by all the amenities you could ask for, Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one of which features a shower and sink, Additionally, there is a small sink and toilet in the hallway, Downstairs, you'll find a spacious bathroom and a large closet, While the larger bedroom has a TV, please note that it is not connected to any service, The CheckMyGuest is conveniently located on the ground floor, making it easily accessible with no stairs, I would definitely choose to stay in Joffrey's apartment again,

The apartment is very modern and in a great location, with the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe within easy walking distance, There are several underground parking garages nearby, There are also many shops, cafes, and restaurants, providing a true 16th arrondissement experience! The size and furniture are perfect for our group of 3+3 - highly recommended for large families, We had no issues with hot water and the bedding was perfect, Being on the ground floor has its advantages and disadvantages (easy access but less privacy), A few minor issues: the kitchen could be better equipped (a microwave, more cutlery, and additional kettles or pots would be helpful), as it is currently more suited for preparing cold meals, One of the most inconvenient aspects was that the code for the apartment door lock seemed to change approximately every 24 hours, We had to contact the coordination center each time we returned to get the new code, This could be resolved by extending the validity of the code or automatically issuing new codes through a messaging system,

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr zentralen Lage und alle Arten von Geschäften und Restaurants sind in nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, In der Nähe gibt es auch eine Parkgarage, die 99€ pro Woche kostet, und ich würde auf jeden Fall empfehlen, diese zu nutzen, anstatt am Straßenrand zu parken, In der Wohnung selbst ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, Ein paar Haken im Badezimmer/Dusche wären sinnvoll, ansonsten eine klare Empfehlung, besonders wegen der sehr guten Lage und dem fast direkten Blick auf den Eiffelturm,

The location was amazing, When you walk out of the building, you immediately see the Eiffel Tower on your left, The area is secure and lovely, There are plenty of restaurants and even a supermarket nearby, A 15-minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe, A 20-minute walk to Champs de Elysees, The apartment felt very secure, It was exactly as described, It was perfect for a group or a larger family with children, My children adored the apartment and I would certainly return here, The washing machine was also very handy as I was traveling with three young children, Unfortunately, we didn't have hot water in the downstairs shower during the last few days, but we did have hot water in all other parts of the house, I would highly recommend this apartment and I am looking forward to staying here again in the future,

very nice apartment, great location just a stone's throw from the Eiffel Tower, parking quite easy, The bedding was amazing and everything was very clean, only small downside: not much hot water (we were 5 and the last person always had cold water, missing a few little things like dish soap, dish towel, a few more glasses but these are really details! Otherwise great stay!

The flat is nicely situated in the North of Paris arr, 16, One bedroom overlooks the street on the ground floor, with no window shutters, making the room a bit noisy, The added bonus of A/C and a spacious bathroom downstairs, plus a closet!
