Generel:
The apartment was in a great location, with restaurants and shops nearby. However, the check in was a little difficult. We ended up calling a person from 'checkmyguest' who came with a key for us. Otherwise, the apartment had everything we needed.

Generel:
So, first of all there was a lot of miscommunication about getting in the apartment in the first place. I recieved two different instructions for getting into the space. One said I should collect keys from a place that did not exist and being a non-French speaker, that was a difficult idea. The other said to call 40 minutes before I arrived and someone would meet me. That only works if someone answers the phone. I called and no one answered the phone. So, my wife and I walked the area when we arrived trying to find the key kiosk or call Belvilla. Finally, someone answered and the keys came pretty quicklky after that. But, I have to say that there has to be a better way and it should include English instructions by phone if you are going to rent to English-speaking customers. After that, most things were fine. The pictures were a bit embellished, but fine. The heat worked well. They should warn you how much time you have to take a shower because the water heater does not hold more than enough for a quick shower at a time. The stairs are a challenge for a lot of luggage, but doable. The location is great, honestly. But they need to tell you more about the space and offer instructions in a much better way. Be aware and ask a lot of questions before you show up. YOu will be happy you did.

They allowed us to check in early after a rough first night at a different CheckMyGuest, Truly the best CheckMyGuest experience, Conveniently located near restaurants and the metro! The only downside are the stairs without an elevator, but I guess that's typical in France,

The flat was really nice and pleasant to stay in, It was really tidy and the furniture felt super luxurious, Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working and it appears to be an ongoing issue from previous visits, The third-party team managing the CheckMyGuest were quick to respond but couldn't offer any solutions for the air conditioning or the faulty dishwasher, The area feels very secure and the flat is quite peaceful, we could sleep with the windows open without any problems, I would suggest this flat but be careful if air conditioning is essential for you or if you have young children, Overall, it was a pleasant stay with no major problems,

The location of the house was really great, very close to a lot of attractions, nightlife, and interesting sights, We also had a peaceful night's sleep, The house is situated in a lovely building, but it's on the 4th floor without an elevator, which was not mentioned in the CheckMyGuest listing when we booked, It was a bit stressful to check in, especially since we had to rush after our flight to make it before the key pick-up location closed at 11:30 PM, Climbing up four flights of stairs with our luggage was not ideal, The least enjoyable part of our stay was the stains on the floor, which clearly need some attention, The wood floors need to be cleaned in multiple areas, as they may be contributing to the strange smell in the apartment, If the cleaning is addressed, we would be happy to come back and recommend this place, just be aware that there is no elevator to the 4th floor,

We spent a couple of days in Paris and absolutely loved the location of the apartment, It's so close to the metro, walkable from the city center, and just a stone's throw away from Montmartre! The interior is lovely, the bedroom is spacious with a cozy bed, there are fresh towels and a great shower! The living room is roomy and has all the kitchen essentials you need, Getting the key from the keycafe was easy with the clear instructions provided, A few things could be better though, I'd suggest adding some basic amenities like soap, toilet paper, and cleaning cloths, and making sure the interior is clean and tidy, Overall, it's a fantastic place to stay,
