Generel:
The apartment was not ready: the loft bed had a dirty fitted sheet, no pillow case, and the comforter was on the floor. In addition, we could not access other sheets to make the bed ourselves and did not get a response from management. As a result, two grown women shared one bed. Furthermore, two lights were without bulbs and there is dark mold growing heavily on the pocket door to the bathroom from the top near the slider and down to about eye level. On other very good news, the apartment is lovely in all other aspects: location and accommodation. A word of caution for those who do not care for steps - this place is on the 5th floor with no working lift and a narrow, winding stairwell. I/we expected this from other reviews but please take care of you’re not of the health to carry your bags up and down in these conditions. Please remember Paris is old and part of the charm comes from that vibe.

Generel:
We stayed for three nights and found the space to be very nice and hassle free. The beds were comfortable, space was clean and quiet. My daughter loved sleeping in her own space in the loft. Some suggestions for improvement- there is only a small bedside lamp in the bedroom for lighting and no other functioning lights, kitchen could be better equipped (only one fork, no dish towels) , and the kitchen sink piping leaks and a bucket was placed under the leak. I avoided using the sink as much as possible. None of these things were a big enough problem to interfere much with our enjoyment of the space. The area was nice, space was good, we had a great trip!

The apartment was beautiful and conveniently located close to restaurants, metro, and the Eiffel Tower, It had ample space to accommodate our family of 5 comfortably, The place provided all the necessary amenities, The small elevator was sufficient to carry our light luggage up 6 floors, and we managed to climb the stairs ourselves, We did notice some sewer odors, similar to other reviews, but they were not intense and quickly vanished when we ran the water, so it was not a major inconvenience, We would certainly choose to stay here again due to the location and stunning space!

Had an amazing time at Joffrey's place, The apartment was cozy, warm, and peaceful at night, It's conveniently located near multiple metro lines, very close to the Arc De Triomphe and Eiffel Tower, as well as the Champs Elysees, We loved admiring the views every time we stepped out! Will definitely choose to stay here again!! There's a wonderful bakery just across the street and plenty of restaurants in the vicinity!

Highly suggest, Flat as shown in the pictures, Very clean, Towels and beddings spotless, An excellent location, Eiffel Tower at one end of the street and the Arc de Triomphe at the other, Kleiber Pub across the street is a must-visit for food, And Frog XVI pub 200 meters away = amazing beer and amazing staff!

The flat was lovely, neat, spacious, and beautifully furnished, It was also conveniently situated between metro stations and close to bus stops, plenty of restaurants around, Monop' supermarket nearby, Trocadero within easy reach on foot, The instructions were mostly clear although there were two buildings marked 100 (one was '100 bis'), and it was not obvious where Building A was based on the photos, Additionally, the loft itself was smaller than anticipated, and the loft bed was unmade, with no extra beddings or pillowcases provided, Nonetheless, Joffrey was very prompt in bringing the additional beddings the following day, All in all, it was a fantastic CheckMyGuest and we would definitely suggest it!

The flat was absolutely lovely, spotless, bright, and beautifully furnished, It was conveniently situated between metro stations and close to bus stops, plenty of restaurants nearby, Monop' supermarket just around the corner, Trocadero within easy walking distance, The instructions were mostly clear although there were two buildings marked as 100 (one was '100 bis'), and it was a bit confusing to find Building A from the photos, Moreover, the loft itself turned out to be smaller than we had anticipated, and the bed in the loft was not prepared, nor were there any spare bed linens or pillowcases provided, Nevertheless, Joffrey was quick to respond and brought the extra linens the following day, All in all, it was a wonderful CheckMyGuest experience and we would definitely recommend it!
