It was our family's inaugural trip to Paris and we were slightly apprehensive about how things would pan out, However, everything ran smoothly, Our flight arrived earlier than scheduled and when I reached out to my host to check, they were extremely accommodating and prompt, allowing us to check in early, Shtain assisted with the check-in process, arriving punctually and efficiently completing the procedure, The apartment was immaculately clean and to our surprise, the view of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony was even more breathtaking than what was depicted in the photographs, We managed to capture the sunset and nocturnal view, Although the apartment is somewhat aged, it is well-equipped, I would highly recommend this to first-time visitors and those who wish to enjoy the view of the Eiffel Tower, It's within walking distance to the tower, You won't be let down and will leave with incredible memories, Shtain is very affable and he went out of his way to help me organize a surprise birthday celebration for my wife, He was constantly liaising with me to arrange for flowers, wine, and cake, dedicating his weekend to ensure everything was perfect, He was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make my wife's birthday extra special, Thank you, Shtain,

Despite a few flaws in the apartment, the breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower more than makes up for them, I have been searching for the perfect view when booking an apartment, and this one is it, In my opinion, aside from the Eiffel view from the Shangri-la hotel, this apartment offers the best view of the entire Eiffel Tower, It's not too close and not too far, I used the balcony area to celebrate my wife's birthday, I kept the view of this apartment a secret from my family as a surprise! The wonderful memory of cutting the cake with my wife and kids with the magnificent Eiffel Tower in the background is priceless! (Guys, this is a great chance to earn brownie points with your spouse!) We enjoyed wine all night long, The Eiffel Tower looked even more stunning at night with its lights and hourly sparkling! Perfect for taking photos, Like I mentioned, despite the apartment's flaws, would I book this place again to celebrate another special occasion? Absolutely!

We spent 3 nights, Traveled to Disneyland one of those days, 3 children and 2 adults, The view was amazing as described, even better than the photos, The kids loved it because we didn't have to walk for hours to see the tower, The carpet in the living room sheds a lot, there were a few small hairballs when we arrived but by the time we checked out they were everywhere, I'm not sure why they would keep that carpet unless its purpose is to make you think that the hair everywhere just came from the carpet, No washing machine or dryer, 1 bedroom 2 sofa beds, The negative reviews made me anxious, But for a short stay, the view was worth the cost, The bathroom is old-fashioned but in my opinion very European and typical for a large city,

This scene is truly stunning! The photos really don't do it justice, And the location is fantastic! We are a family of five and we all fit in comfortably, We stayed for three nights, It was perfect for a quick trip to Paris and a day trip to Disneyland Paris, It's just a few minutes walk to the Metro or bus stops, and did I mention the amazing views?! There is also a restaurant right outside that I thought might be a touristy spot, but actually had really delicious food and a friendly staff, Once again, with a fantastic view, We walked around a lot at night and felt very secure in the apartment's location, Overall, I would stay here again with my family, and I would recommend it to others if they were looking for a place to stay with a fantastic view and great location, Many cherished memories were created here!

The apartment boasts amazing views, if this is your initial visit to Paris, I would recommend it, However, sadly, I cannot endorse it for repeat stays, The unobstructed view of the Eiffel Tower is a highlight of your trip, but that's the only positive aspect of this apartment, The check-in was restricted until 4 pm, with no option to leave bags anywhere, The host was difficult to contact, given that it's a company where you have to endure long hold times, This caused significant stress for our family, arriving on an early flight, needing to alter Uber directions to a 'luggage storage' location, I wish the host had provided directions or suggestions before our arrival to prevent this unnecessary inconvenience, When I emailed the host about an early arrival, they responded that they would 'try' to accommodate, but I would have preferred a straightforward 'no' so we could plan accordingly and not rely on them, They were unaccommodating, not even providing a direct phone number for the person meant to meet us at 4 pm, thus, we had to wait outside the apartment with our kids in cold weather until their 'secret agent' arrived, The apartment felt outdated, The ventilation from neighboring smokers made it seem like someone was smoking constantly inside, As a parent with children, I did not find it enjoyable, There were mousetraps under all radiators and broken glass on the balconies from previous guests, Only one set of keys was given, requiring coordination for outings to different locations, The kitchen sink had used sponges, giving an overall filthy feeling, In conclusion, our family managed to enjoy Paris, but as long-time CheckMyGuest users, we would not choose to book this apartment with this host again,

I had a good stay in Laura's accommodation managed by CheckMyGuest (very responsive), spacious accommodation with a magnificent view of the Eiffel Tower, The only downside is the lack of follow-up on the accommodation's equipment: kitchen with very few utensils (4 forks for accommodation for 6 people) while many cupboards are empty, about 6 remote controls in the living room (I assume for the TV and HIFI channels) without any instructions on their use and many equipment seems out of order, Apart from these little surprises, the accommodation is very well located for a visit to Paris,
