This country estate from the 15th century with 200m² of living space has been fully renovated in recent years and is ideally close to the beach (700 metres) in the north-west of Brittany.
The country estate is surrounded by a five-hectare garden. At the heart of the site you can find a paddock with two horses. Next to it there is a pond inhabited by a lively swan, who is happy to keep you company. A grill, garden furniture and deckchairs are available for your exclusive use.
The property consists of two floors, with stone spiral stairs leading from one to the other. The ground floor has a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, freezer compartment, coffee machine and kettle. The dining room and the living room with satellite TV, a stereo system and a fireplace, as well as a laundry room with a vacuum cleaner, washing machine and dryer are also on the ground floor, along with a bathroom with a separate WC. The first floor has two bedrooms, each with two single beds alongside each other. There is another bathroom with a separate toilet. The second floor also has two bedrooms, each for two people, with their own bathroom and WC. Bed linen is included in the rental price. Hand towels can be booked in addition. Remember to bring towels for the beach.
The Abers area offers a wide range of activities: fishing, sailing, surfing, water sports, diving and cycle routes with hiking and riding trails. Of course you can also just relax and enjoy the wonderful Breton landscape. It is a five-minute drive to shops and supermarkets in Plouguerneau. Your accommodation is 50 minutes from Roscoff, 25 minutes from the Brest-Guipavas airport and 30 minutes from the TGV train station in Brest.
