Discover our charming 500-year-old stone house, newly renovated and located in the heart of the picturesque old town of Roquebrune Cap-Martin. This unique holiday home exudes medieval charm and modern comfort, perfect for families or couples who want to experience an unforgettable time in a historic setting.
The interior of the house reflects its cosy and stylish furnishings in 82 m² of living space. It is ideal for two adults and two children, equipped with a double bed and a pull-out bunk bed. The kitchen combines modern comfort with efficiency, including all the necessary electrical appliances and a small dining table. The ground floor houses an inviting living room with sofa, armchairs and television. A radiant bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and adjoining bathroom next to a separate WC can be found on the upper floor, while the lower floor houses another bedroom with bunk bed (for a maximum of 3 children) WC, shower and washing machine.
Outside, you can enjoy the unique atmosphere of the old town right in front of the house. A table can be set up in the square in front of the house for al fresco dining. The highlight is certainly the small balcony, which is accessible from the bedroom, and the castle square directly in front of the house, which invites you to enjoy a cosy dinner and immediately immerses you in the medieval flair.
The location in Roquebrune Cap-Martin is not only known for its historical charm, but also for its proximity to breathtaking sights and daily necessities. A small grocery shop and charming restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The beach is about a 25-minute walk away (watch out for the many steps), and the views of Monaco (from Place Deux Freres), both day and night, are spectacular from here. The house is also an ideal base for day trips to the surrounding area, including Monaco.
