- Air-conditioned living room with rapido sofa bed (140 cm), table and chairs, TV unit with flat-screen TV, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge, freezer, 2-ring induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, crockery and cutlery),
- Bedroom 1 air-conditioned: double bed (140 cm) with wardrobes, winter garden
- Air-conditioned bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90cm) with wardrobes
- Shower room with shower cubicle, vanity unit, WC and washing machine
- Terrace with dining and relaxation furniture
- 480 m² Mediterranean garden planted with trees
