The houses are located on a fenced plot of approximately 1000 m², just 100 m from the fine sandy Pendruc beach. There is a shared entrance and separate parking spaces. Electric heating is provided. Both houses are identically furnished and have the following amenities: The ground floor features a modern living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. There is also a separate toilet and a bathroom with a shower (renovated in 2016). On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. The first bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. A terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a parasol is also available.
