Fully enclosed holiday villa with a private pool and leafy garden
This beautiful holiday villa is located in the picturesque hillsider village of Lagopodo on Zakynthos island.
Other benefits include the aforementioned private 30 m2 swimming pool and a garden with eco-style designed areas to relax and cool down in. Of course, there is free Wi-Fi access and a BBQ with an outdoor dining area. Other facilities like free, on-site parking and laundry facilities are offered.
The two-level (210 m2), self-catering holiday villa is primarily aimed at summer vacations.
A spacious open-plan living room, with a sofa and a flat screen TV is featured on the first floor, along with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen: a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hotplate, fridge/freezer and a coffee machine are provided. Moreover, on the same floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed 160x200 and air conditioning, a bathroom and two furnished, sunny porches.
The second floor features two bedrooms, both with double-beds 160x200, air conditioning and TVs. There is a kitchenette for snacks/breakfast, a bathroom and another porch overlooking the outdoor pool.
A multitude of trails around the compound will lead you to vineyards, olive oil refineries and honey farms, all the while letting you breath in the nature and clean air.
