As the villa is located on a hill, the last 600m to reach the complex is an off-road road but can easily be reached.

Villa Mare is part of the Cielo e Mare Villas Complex, which includes three villas: Villa Cielo ( 3 bedrooms) ,Villa Mare (3 bedrooms) and Villa Vista (1 bedroom). Cielo e Mare Villas are three private, luxurious, and autonomous villas set on a hill with gorgeous Sea views.
Indoor facilities
Villa Mare is a two-storey villa consisting of three bedrooms, two of which are located on the first floor with the other one. The bathrooms on the first floor are ensuite with showers. On the ground floor, there is another bedroom. Luxury and modern design complete the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality products. On the ground floor, there is a spacious open area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with modern furnishings, and a big flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels. The large doors open onto the veranda and pool area, providing a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas.
Outdoor facilities
The most dominant feature of the exterior area is a large swimming pool with a secure session for kids to swim and a lounge area with sofas making it the ideal spot to relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset. Pretty close to this area exists an outdoor dining table under a pergola next to the charcoal barbecue with a sink, cupboards, and preparation area. Next to this area, there are comfortable sunbeds with umbrellas for luxurious poolside relaxation. Spacious verandas and balconies are the best places to spend your time outside enjoying the sea view and fresh air. Don’t forget that a secure parking area is provided outside of the villa with a charger for the electric cars.
***Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request three days' advance notice for this facility.(Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)
From 2024 there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is fifteen euros per night from April to October and four euros per night from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
