Rastoni Villa is an exclusive member of Holiways Villas! A brand new two-story villa with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, located in the area of Kalyviani very close to Balos Lagoon and Falasarna, two of the most well-known beaches in Crete during the summer season that are famous for their crystal blue waters The accessibility to the sea - only 2.5km- provides you the comfort to enjoy the Cretan sea and sun within a small driving distance. The property ensures a high-quality vacation with amenities that cope with the ambitions of the most discerning guests.
Indoor facilities
Rastoni Villa is a two-story villa consisting of four bedrooms, three of them on the first floor all with king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom on the ground floor has twin beds (that can be converted into a king size upon request in advance) and an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom & the bathroom on the ground floor are suitable for guests with mobility needs. On the ground floor, there is a shared WC suitable for all the guests.
Luxury and modern design complete the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality products. Entering the villa on the ground floor you will find a spacious open area with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen that has branded appliances and facilities, making holiday cooking a most pleasurable experience. The area is completed with a dining room and a living room with a 55’’ smart Satellite TV and a fireplace. The large windows create the illusion of transparency and provide a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas.

Outdoor facilities
Welcome to Paradice where the pool water meets the endless blue of the sea creating a magical scenery! Is there a better place for you during summer vacation rather than lying by the pool and having your tanning session? The swimming pool with a child session and the lounge space with a firepit make the ideal spot to relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset. Pretty close to the pool area exists a well-organized barbeque area with a dining table and a gas BBQ, Around the villa there are many plants and trees. A parking space for 5 cars is available for all the guests.
The villa is situated at a very idyllic point and nothing can interrupt the magical views of the Cretan sea and mountains.
*Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of June and from September till the end of November, upon request, free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request three days' advance notice for this facility. Moreover, for the months of July and August, the pool can be heated upon request at an additional cost. We also request three days' advance notice for this facility, and the cost shall be paid in cash upon arrival.
From 2024 there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is fifteen euros per night from April to October and four euros per night from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
