The luxurious holiday home Villa Xenophon is located just outside Pitsidia, surrounded by olive groves and with picturesque views of the Libyan Sea and the Ida Mountains.
The main square of Pitsidia, where there are many restaurants and tavernas, is about a 7-minute walk away.

On the ground floor of the 250sqm natural stone villa there is a spacious kitchen, a cosy living room, a bedroom with bathroom and a guest WC. The first floor consists of two further bedrooms as well as a large bathroom and a balcony with an enchanting view. In all bedrooms, the 2x2 metre beds, blinds and mosquito nets ensure a restful night's sleep.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, an oven and a dishwasher.
Kitchen appliances such as a microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine are also included.

The large garden with pool (50 square metres) as well as the numerous balconies and terraces
invite you to relax and unwind.

Pitsidia is one of the oldest villages in the Messara plain. Although the number of visitors is increasing here too, it has retained its charm as a traditional Cretan village. Small alleyways, cosy stone houses and a typical Cretan village square surrounded by kafenions and small tavernas complete the village idyll. In small shops you can buy everything you need for your stay, from fresh eggs to bread and vegetables and delicious wines. The beautiful Komos beach is only about 2 kilometres from here, and the famous caves of Matala are 4 kilometres away.
