Villa Efthimia is the smallest of the villas in our complex and can accommodate 2 people.
Villa Efthimia has a bedroom with a large double bed and en-suite bathroom, as well as a living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. This includes: an electric cooker with oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle and a dishwasher.
There is also a cosy sofa bed in the living/dining area, which can accommodate another person if required.
Bed linen, towels and beach towels are included in the price.
Villa Efthimia was built and furnished with great attention to detail.
The natural stone house was plastered inside with a decorative dentil technique.
Special attention was also paid to the design of the garden. It is large and offers uninterrupted views of the Ida Mountains.
A swimming pool for exclusive use, with an olive tree in the centre, provides refreshment and a relaxing atmosphere.
Our complex is in a quiet location, yet within a 10-minute walk you can reach the village square of Pitsidia, where musical events are often organised during the summer months. The 4 km long beach "Komos" is located in the other direction and can be easily reached by car within 5 minutes.
